How Wash Site Traders handles website inquiries and visit information.
Information you provide
Inquiry forms collect contact details, your role, markets, wash format, sale or acquisition scope and any optional business information you choose to include. Phone and property address are optional. Please keep bank details, identification documents, customer-level records and confidential third-party material out of these forms.
How inquiry information is used
We use your information to review and respond to the inquiry, understand the property or acquisition criteria, and manage relevant follow-up. Inquiry consent is not a general newsletter or text-marketing subscription. A submission is not published as a property listing automatically.
Service providers and storage
Netlify hosts the website and stores form submissions. Inquiry details may be copied to our private Google Sheet to organize follow-up. Access is limited to authorized operators.
Website analytics
Fathom provides website analytics. Our form code does not send the content of your inquiry to Fathom. Fathom and Netlify process technical data needed to provide their services. See their privacy information for details.
Session attribution
The site uses sessionStorage on your device to remember the first page, referring hostname and campaign parameters for the current visit. These limited attribution fields are included with an inquiry to help understand its source. Session storage is limited to this browser session. If storage is unavailable, the form still works.
Retention and requests
Inquiry information is retained as needed to respond, manage relevant business follow-up and meet applicable recordkeeping needs. You can request access, correction or deletion through the contact form. Explain the request without including identification documents or sensitive account details.
